Mikoe Tretola, Esq.

Mikoe Tretola, Esq. is the founder of Mister Wolf, P.C., a plaintiff's litigation firm representing clients across California. Born and raised in San Bernardino, he is a dedicated advocate for all California employees.

Tretola earned his Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law in 2020, passing the California Bar Exam on his first attempt. During law school, he worked as a law clerk for an employment law firm, where he discovered his passion for championing the everyday worker.

After licensing, he initially practiced employment law before transitioning to defense-side litigation. He defended Fortune 500 companies, insurers, and corporate clients in products liability cases, mass tort claims, wrongful death suits, and complex litigation. This defense experience provides a unique perspective on defense strategies, which is the exact knowledge he now leverages to the benefit of his plaintiff clients.

Today he focuses on representing employees in lawsuits under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), California Labor Code violations, landlord/tenant matters, and personal injury cases. He is recognized for his unwavering dedication, serving as confidant, attorney, counselor, and friend to his clients.
