Terms of Service

Last Updated: March 2025

Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website operated by Mister Wolf, P.C. ("Mister Wolf Law," "we," "us," or "our") at misterwolflaw.com, including all pages, content, and functionality available through the site. By continuing to use this website, you acknowledge that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the site.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

This is the single most important provision on this page, and we want to be unambiguous about it: using this website does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Mister Wolf, P.C. No such relationship exists unless and until you and the firm execute a written engagement agreement, signed by both parties, that explicitly establishes the scope and terms of representation.

Submitting a contact form, requesting a case review, sending us an email, or otherwise communicating with us through this site does not make you a client of this firm. Until a formal engagement agreement is in place, we owe you no duty of confidentiality, no duty of loyalty, and no obligation to act on your behalf. You should not send us sensitive or privileged information through this website if you have not yet entered into an engagement with us. We are under no obligation to keep such information confidential or to decline representation of other parties who may have interests adverse to yours.

If you need legal advice, retain a licensed attorney. Do not rely on anything published on this site as a substitute for individualized counsel.

Informational Purposes Only

The content on this website — including blog posts, practice area descriptions, FAQs, and any other written material — is published for general informational purposes. It is not legal advice. Legal outcomes depend on facts and circumstances that vary from case to case, and the law itself changes frequently. Nothing on this site should be understood as a guarantee, prediction, or assurance about the outcome of any legal matter.

Our Learning Center articles discuss legal topics relevant to employment law, intellectual property, personal injury, and real estate disputes in California and Nevada. These articles reflect general legal principles as of their publication date and may not account for subsequent changes in statute or case law. They are no substitute for advice from an attorney who knows the specific facts of your situation.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images, page designs, and software — is the property of Mister Wolf, P.C. or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages from this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this site without our prior written consent. The Mister Wolf Law name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Mister Wolf, P.C. and may not be used without authorization.

User Conduct

When using this website, you agree not to engage in conduct that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or that could damage, disable, or impair the site's functionality. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, its servers, or any systems connected to it. You may not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the site beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt file. Any information you submit through forms on this site must be truthful and accurate.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mister Wolf, P.C. makes no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content on the site. Your use of the website is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mister Wolf, P.C., its attorneys, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, this website. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability — whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise — and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from use of this website exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to websites operated by third parties. These links are provided for your convenience and reference only. Mister Wolf, P.C. does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or policies of any third-party site. Following a link from our site to another does not imply that we sponsor, approve, or are affiliated with that site. You access third-party websites at your own risk.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. By using this site, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Mister Wolf, P.C. reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
